"Carrot Soup" by John Segal

This is a cute story about a rabbit who plans and plants his carrot garden.  When he goes to collect the carrots so that he could make carrot soup he discovers that all of his carrots are gone.  To his surprise rabbit's friends collected his carrots and made him carrot soup.

The writing lesson objective: Identify critical character, setting and object of the story.
